This project was a rare chance to reimagine one of the original properties on Charlie Thompson Road. The goal: create a modern retreat that felt like it had always belonged. Using natural materials and thoughtful design, we nestled the bunkie and boathouse into the landscape, preserving privacy while adding serene walkways that echoed well-worn paths of the past.
